Terms of service#
These terms apply to the task list at todolist-qa.cloud.hilling.de and
todolist.cloud.hilling.de (“the application”), operated by Gunnar Hilling (see the
privacy policy for contact details).
What the application is#
A private, non-commercial demonstration of building and running software with AI assistance. It is free of charge. It is not a product, and it is not run for anyone's day-to-day use.
Who may use it#
Only Google accounts that have been invited. An invitation can be withdrawn at any time, without giving a reason.
No promise of availability or of keeping data#
- The application is switched off much of the time, deliberately, to keep its cost down. While it is off, you cannot reach your tasks.
- It may be reset, changed or shut down for good at any time. Your tasks may be lost — keep nothing in it that you cannot do without.
- There is no support, and no guaranteed response to anything you report.
Your content#
The tasks you enter remain yours. You allow the application only to store and show them to you, for as long as your account exists. Do not enter anything unlawful, anything you may not share, or sensitive personal data.
Acceptable use#
Do not try to reach other people's data, to break or overload the application, or to use it for anything other than keeping your own task list. Security problems are welcome — please report them to the contact address rather than testing them on the live application.
Liability#
The application is provided free of charge and as it is. The operator is liable only for intent and gross negligence. This does not limit liability for injury to life, body or health, or any liability that cannot be limited by law.
Ending#
You can stop using the application at any time and ask for your account to be deleted, as the privacy policy describes. The operator can end your access, or the application, at any time.
Changes and law#
These terms may change; the current version is always the one on this page. German law applies. If you are a consumer living elsewhere, the mandatory consumer protection of the country you live in is not affected.
